Rumors that a president Harris State Department would feature mandatory Russophobia Workshops are likely spurious.
However the sentiment is well-founded. The DNC knows it was hurt and exposed by the Sullivan-Morell handling of the Hunter Biden laptop story. The public saw through that charade rather easily, leading them to reverse engineer some of the earlier ploys around Guccifer 2 and so on.
Getting back on an even keel will require restoring old circuits that kept the peace during the Cold War, even helping bring it to a close.
